How can i cut cost on my homebrewing process?I make a real good brew but it cost me more than commerical beer.

I've been thinking about brewing about 1,000 barrells a year ,sell enough that will cover the cost of what i drink,but where do i find the information to do this?I know i could sell ity everyone that has drank it just loves it.I live in Tn near the Kentucky state line.


Answers:

Think about what you're saying for a moment. Everybody who tastes it seems to love your beer. You spend more on ingredients on your beer than commercial beers. "You get what you pay for" pretty much sums it up. Higher quality ingredients are going to cost more. If you cut your costs, the quality will suffer and you pretty much end up with cheap, commercial beer.
