How can I find out how many calories are in a glass of wine or beer.?
My doctor told me to watch my calories but beer bottles do not have any charts.

i know that miller lite had 96 calories/bottle. that's what i used to drink. Mixed drinks have less calories when mixed with diet soda! i had to switch!

Try visiting your favorite brews website, they usually list cals. Miller Lite has 96 cals, stick with any lite beer and they will be in this range.
