What's the heathiest beer to drink?
I usuallly try to stick to Mich Ultra, but is there something healthier?

I'm not looking for "no beer is healthy." I choose to drink beer socially and otherwise eat healthy and maintain a very healthy weight. Go answer someone else's questions before you tell me that I am an unhealthy individual when I am not. Thanks.

Mostly any lite beers keep the pounds off, Especially if you power drink everyday, Like me, And I agree with you, If ppl tell you not to drink, They need to find another section, Party on.... lol...healthy beer...U're funny :) no beer is healthy to drink. Alcohol is not good for you. They actually make organic beer now. You can find it in the organic food section at your grocery store. How about no beer. Nothing is gonna be healty besides water . Don't know ....what do you look like?? Guinness is actually good for you. Full of fiber and protein

The key here are the words “SMALL AMOUNTS OF ALCOHOL”.
If you drink a 6 pack of anything a week you will be “Healthy”.
It’s when you drink a 6 pack a DAY that things go wrong!
Beer has a very high concentration of vitamins and minerals in it and the alcohol is good for your circulatory system.
The KIND of beer you drink isn’t really an issue… It ALL boils down to how much of each you drink.
You can drink say, 1 more Mic.Ultra a week then if you drink say, Heineken.
