Question:

I'm a 20 years old girl...can i drink with my boyfriend who is 30?

Answers: not at all i think if you do...you will,,,
so dont drink with your father... No.

If you were in Canada you could drink without him.
US, is no no. NO the legal age to drink is 21 and he might get into trouble too if you get caught ya you can but if the cops bust in and test you youll get a ticket. if your with family youll be fine! maybe depends what the caps are thinging! No. Nope. Wow. 30 is too old for me and I'm 24~

But, unless he's your husband/legal guardian, no hun. It's illegal. legal drinking age in canada is 19, US its 21 for additional countries hit the link and go to page 2
http://www.grsproadsafety.org/themes/def... not legally in the USA. If someone serves you alcohol they are committing a crime. Sure. Not legally. But you can. I'd recommend at home because if you get caught at a bar, you'll get a MIP. Simple answer. (assuming you are in the US)

In public - the legal age is 21 and you are not supposed to drink no matter who you are with.

In private - it might not be legal, but it is nobody else's business! Just don't act like an idiot.

Normally you will be fine, but you and / or your boyfriend could get in trouble if some other crime or unfortunate circumstance was committed while you were drunk or under the influence. Then someone might make it their business and cause you problems. Some of those things would be:

If you cause abuse, neglect or death of a child, especially an infant.
If you burn down your apartment building or house.
If you commit another crime.
If you are observed habitually drunk or hung over in public or at work or at school.
If you were a public figure like Lindsey Lohan or Jenna Bush.

In any of those cases however I think you would have a lot more to worry about than the alcohol. NO! You'd be breaking the law! Remember the LAW? They are made for a reason....hello! And if your 30 year old boyfriend encourages you to drink, UNDERAGE, he's a loser! He's too old for you anyway.
