Who owns the cup that you buy your drink in ?!

Question:

Who owns the cup that you buy your drink in ?

ok, so you go to a coffee shop, and it says Coffee, £2.39 for a medium. You ask for one, and they give you a mug or cup of coffee and you pay for it.... Do you now own the cup as you have bought it... No signs say to the contrary...

Answers: thats a very interesting point
but nah you dont own the cup
of course they are going to want u to return it OF COURSE YOU DONT OWN THE CUP YOU ORDERED COFFEE NOT A CUP HOW ELSE ARE YOU GONNA GET YOUR COFFEE Interesting point. I reckon you should try walking out with your dirty mug and see what happens! Yeah but no signs say your buying the cup either...

I sense a legal battle! Someone get me David Hasslehoffs lawyer! You pwn the coffe, not the cup.

Do you own the delivery van that delivers your CD you've ordered online? No. If its a disposable plastic cup, then go on keep it...a normal cup would belong to the shop...stands to reason...Much as if you went on a self catering holiday, and paid £200 for a week and filled a van with all the electrical goods, because it didn't say you couldn't....some things are just a given.... It depend if it is a take away carton cup or a glass one...
Im guessing the glass one isnt yours but the carton one would be all yours have fun with it hehe No.
You are buying the coffee and renting the cup. You think you would given the over inflated prices they charge.

recently I was at Queens Hospital in Romford, a cup of tea was £1.95 or about that, I asked for another teabag as it wasnt strong enough for me and they had to charge £1.95 for the teabag alone.

what a con.

I should of took the table chairs I was sitting at and if they acused me of daylight robbery, I would tell them that they had done it to me lol.
