Guinness draught in a can, or extra stout in a bottle?!

Question:

Guinness draught in a can, or extra stout in a bottle?

Answers:
Any beer tastes better out of a bottle than out of a can...Guinness included.

Bottle by far. For some odd reason, the smaller little bottles the bar by me serves its beer in taste so much better.

Extra stout in a bottle. Have a manly feel to it when drinking.

go to ireland and get it straight fromthe tap there is no Guinness that is better then that. After that u won't want it anyother way

Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!

Bottle! Never can. But draft is even better. ; )

extra stout in a bottle. Often I drink Guinnes mixed with whiskey.

Both please, actually i prefer it on tap if they have it though it is hard to find in this town, next I prefer the draught bottle, then the draught can and lastly the extra stout bottle

Though I would take any of these over any other beer

Guinness is the best comercially made beer

Haha, I'm right there with you pele, I drive the bartender at the local restaurant I eat at nuts, I always ask for a glass, he always tells me that you are supposed to drink it out of the bottle, I don't like drinking anything directly out of a bottle.

mmmmmmm i love guinness :)
tap is obviously the best, it just has the best head and that smooth creamy taste.
next i would say bottle, mainly because the glass doesn't alter the flavor-but i can't drink from the bottle-have to pour it in a beer mug- coz that damn fresher thing drives me nuts!
the canned variety is not bad, has a slight metallic taste to it, but mmmmm still pretty tasty.

Stout; room temp, in a pint glass. Assisted by two fingers of Tullamore Dew

The Can is more Tap like than the extra stout bottle. On a guinness Tap it has nitrogen to make it light and foamy. The can and the Draught bottles both have a Widget inside them to expell nitrogen into the beer and make it taste close as possible to the tap and gives it that lovely thick foam. The extra stout has NO nitrogen and uses only CO2 which gives it more of an acidic taste. none of that delictable foam and only a few bubbles of beer (i've described it before as a bottle of buttered toast).

can
