Where do you get the humma?
Answers: 2 days ago
Where do you get the humma? Let's get a bit of a grip on this new fad:
First, if you don't know what's sapping your energy, you won't find the right supplement...caffs & guarana, etc. are only quick fixes, end in the "crash"--a little espresso will do the same thing for less. The new "B-vitamin" supps are not great either, unless it is what you lack...too much of anything is NOT a good thing!!!
First, do yourself a great service...have a basic blood work-up done...this will give you a strong place to start reconditioning your bod...they will check for anemia, vitamin deficiency, diabetes, etc...they do not normally include parasite check, though...you should do a cleansing for these at least once a year anyway (in the fall/autumn), especially if you're an outdoorsy person, have animals in your home, consume city waters, swim in lakes/rivers, or eat fleshy foods (meat).
Parasites are the #1 cause of fatigue disorders, but most MDs are not well educated on the subject, their "cures" are extremely dangerous, & testing for such is very expensive. You do this for your pets, you should care for Self, as well. Herbalhealer.com has very informative write-ups on this subject, and the products to go with...check it out.
A good food/meal shake is a great pick-me-up...it provides the nutrition your body needs to produce energy...Amazing!!! Give the body what it needs & it's sooo great at doing the rest!!! I like the Spiru-teens if I buy OTC, Herballife has come a long way, too, but the very best I've ever had & loved the results are from Melaluca(.com).
Add these, along with lots of good fruits during the day, & supplements depending on what your work-up shows...take a brisk walk at lunch time or get the gang together for a quick basketball game & you will have energy to spare...adreneline buzz plus (best kind!), your body will love you again, your research will add knowledge (excellent power source!), and your out-look on everything will be calmer, wiser, & happier...How great is that???
Good Journey!!! they are pretty much all going to give you the caffeine buzz... you might want to try the sobe energy drink though... its a little weaker humma you can get it in pill form and in powder I would highly recommend the energy drink called, well, "5 Hour Energy Drink". First, it has no sugar, so you don't crash at the end of the buzz. Second, even though it has a caffeine in it, I've never felt jittery...just alert for almost the whole 5 hours. I have found though that if a person does feel jittery, then they should start out with just half a bottle and work their way up. The main problem with this drink is that it is kind of expensive. It can cost $3 a bottle (at GNC) and the bottles are tiny (but it does last). You can however find them pretty cheap in bulk on ebay if you try it and find you like it. Also, due to the lack of sugar it doesn't taste the best, but the flavor is improving. I will tell you that I drink about one of these a day and have no complaints. take the 5 hour energy liquid ive had it and it dosent taste bad and you dont have to "aquire" a taste for it like red bull or something. Its a lil organge bottle and if you have a smoothie king its sold there. IT REALLY WORKS and no caffine buzz Most energy pills/drinks are going to give you a caffeine buzz since that is their main ingredient. I'm personally a fan of sugar free red bull - but caffeine doesn't have an affect on me Try some coffee with a shot of espresso. You can also snack on trail mixes which give you not only energy, but nutritional vitamins! RedBull I really like XS. It is sugar-free and you can even get some flavors in caffeine-free. The energy you get comes from vitamins, herbs and amino acids. I find that it gives me a really good boost and because it doesn't have the sugar and caffeine, there is no crash afterward.
