yeah. you order it by saying ' Give me a shot of rum with a twist of lime'.
As a former bar tender I honestly can't think of anyone in my region of the U.S. having a name for it. If you want to give it flair, try asking for it by brand name, like, "I'll have a shot of [i.e. Bacardi] with a twist of lime.
You'll pay more, though.
