Is it legal to send a bottle of beer though the mail?

No. But then again, anything is legal until you get caught.

no, i tried it and they caught me and wouldn't send my package. i tried fed-ex, ups, dhl, and the postal service. but you can take i think it's 160oz of it unopened on an airplane with you. but you can't open it on the flight. there are places on the internet that sell all types of beer and they'll ship it to you with proof of legal age. so i guess you have to have some kind of distbutors license to ship it via mail.
