Most premium cigar makers have a line of small smokes sold in a tin of ten. They are good for a ten to fifteen minute smoke break. You won't get the full cigar taste because (in this case) size does make a difference, but that's the price you pay for not having an hour to sit and enjoy a fine full-sized stick. I recommend Cohibas, although Romeo Y Julietas and Macanudos are very good as well.
