Age to bartend in ontario tend bar?!

Hey I live in Ontario, and I am one of those guys who talks to everybody and listens, to everybody, I am always told I should be a psychiatrist, but I was thinking while I am still in school I could tend bar.... I live in Milton, Ontario, canada
I know in the states you have to be 18 to tend bar and 21 to drink, since I am 18 now can i tend bar in ontario?

My aunt owns a bar in florida and she can legally employ 18 year olds
and I believe its the same in NY that you can tend bar at 18
maybe its a state by state thing

maybe its a state by state thing yea once you get your smart serve you are incorrect you must be 21in the states to open or pour beer,spirits or wine. you may deliver it to the customer at 18 years of age. I would think the age to tend bar in Canada would be the legal drinking age.
