Yes of course! In moderate quantities it has many beneficial properties including, according to nutritional and longevity statistics, that of extending life span. What else do you want from a drink!

When you pull the **** opener and it pops....then a great smell reachs your nostrals....and then you know you've got a good bottle of wine. With a nice robe (colour), a fantastic perfume and even before it touches your lips, it's already so good.
Then you have it into your mouth, it's smooth, not acidic, all subtle, velvety......Yes it's good for me, it's very good and it should a crime to sell good wine more than £10 a bottle... Inb fact, I should be entitled to free wine, that I could choose.

in moderating my understanding that it is good as there is iron in it or some nutrients!

so go on have a glass or two and unwind for the night hehe

2 moderate glasses a night can help the heart, don't get hooked on the stuff though.
