Question:

How do I make vodka to gain proof??

I have 60 % Vodka now and I want to make it stronger, in case if I will add some sugar to this vodka and after distill it will it gain any proof except from re-distillery??
If yes how much sugar I have to add to 60 liters to make 85% proof spirit?

Why don't you just buy grain alcohol? The vodka won't ferment any more. The sugar will just make it sweeter.

Adding anything to the vodka will only dilute it. In order to make it stronger, you would have to re-distill it at a temperature between 78.4 degrees celcius (the boiling point of ethanol) and 100 degrees celcius (the boiling point of water). You'll end up with less vodka, but what you have will be very nearly pure ethanol, which can then be diluted with water to get the appropriate proof.

Adding sugar to it will just give you sugary vodka. The alcohol content is strong enough to kill off any yeast that could ferment the sugar.

Just go buy some Everclear 190 proof
