Help me find my beloved pinot grigio!?!

Question:

Help me find my beloved pinot grigio!?

I used to buy pinot grigio from a liquor store in Marblehead, MA, where I used to live.

I have since moved to Michigan. I can't find it anywhere.

I've tried thousands of pinots, but haven't found my favorite. I would recognize the bottle, but stupidly, I have no idea what it is!

It is in a dark blue, opaque bottle, with a dark blue label. The bottle is taller and slimmer than most, and the transition from bottle to neck is very tapered.

I don't remember anything it said on the label, except "Friuli" in a modern script on top, either in white or gold.

I believe this wine cost $13 or $14 in 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Answers: Could it be Torrediluna Pinot Grigio? Here's a picture of the label....it is dark blue.

I thought of one more that it could be....Bridgeview Blue Moon Pinot Gris....this bottle is tapered....here's the picture: http://bridgeviewwine.com/merchant2/merc... Here in Scotland we call it "Iron Bru" try an internet search for that. Hope this helps. Try calling the store where you purchased it in MA. If you describe it to them they can probably help you out. unsure.. but maybe online can help here's some i found.. i don't know the brand.. but i recall seeing some fine blue bottles....

starting online may be a good effort.. then seeing who online supplies in your state and if they ship... i tried wine.com but it seems they didn't have anything that came close... unsure but you could try a search on wine.com. You are better off trying some Sutter home Chardonney. Make sure it's 2006.
