all i wanna know is how to make tequila. i know the plant that is needed but i dunno what to do to get everything out and what to put into it to make it. =0)

Answers: Well first of all you would be breaking the laws of not 1 but 2 Countries. America does not allow you to make hard liquor of any kind (for good reason if not done right this could make you very sick or even kill you!) on top of that tequila can be made ONLY in certain parts of Mexico. America is strict on not making hard liquor of any kind and Mexico is VERY strict about how and where tequila gets made. This is a large part of the countires heritage and they will not take some interloper like you lightly! lol

So if you tried to do this you would have most of North America on your azz. lol I don't think Canada would care? lol Maybe Canada would get involved just to gang up on you? lol!

Secondly as the prior poster said this is not an easy process it takes a trained Jimidor (guy who tends to the plants) to find the right plants at the right time. Then you have to shave it down and get to the "pina" (roughly "pineapple" in English say "pina" not pineapple to look cool! lol) and then the "pina" goes into steel vats for making the Blanco (aka white or silver in English but don't say that because it makes you look uneducated lol) or goes into wood barrels for up to 6 months to make a Reposado or over 6 months if you are making an Anejo.

I hope this helps and please do not blame me if the ATF and/or the Mexican government comes knocking on your door! lol Source(s):
Mexican/American (legal! lol!)
http://www.itequila.org/ I visited a tequila factory in mexico and, believe me, it was difficult process. It involved trimming the blue agave plant until you have only the pineapple. Then, I believe, it was cooked in a fir pit/oven. The juice is then extracted and fermented. And, of course, it has to be aged in barrels like wine.

It is way easier to just buy it at the liquor store.
