Question:

Is drink tea good for your health.?

Answers:
It depends. Green tea is good for you because it has alot of antioxidants which are good for your skin and detoxification. White tea, does the same thing. Now, oolong tea is really great because it is good for your skin, good for your immune system, and has been shown to help you loose weight by eliminating bad carbs during digestion. Anyway you put it, drinking tea is a good thing :)

Yes it is. Tea contains tannins. I think tannins r an antioxidant. But don't drink too much, might keep u awake, lol. Herbal teas r even better for u.

of course tea is good for your health
i think that some types teas may be harmful if you have too much, but then again anything in excess is bad for you
teas you usually find are healthy drinks, but not lipton ice tea or anything that is processed and has sugar and what not
coffee may taste better but is not really good for you, lots of caffeine and cholesterol
to be honest i love coffee but trying to quit and getting started on teas
english tea is actually pretty good, i can see why the brits like it

there are various types of teas. Black is very rich, Mate is great for digestion, Green is full of anti oxidants. Much better than drinking coffee. Less caffeine and you really don't need cream or sweetner.

My grandmother drank tea all the time, and she died of uterine cancer. Who knows if the 2 were related.
