Too much Jelly?!
Too much Jelly?
I loveeeeee strawberry Jelly. I get the 50 calorie ones, and love it to death. But, how much is too much? I sometimes have it right out of the jar!

More then one serving is too much. No matter how much you love it. All things in moderation....even strawberry jelly!!!
eating a whole jar in one day is too much lol
How much is too much? Hard question. If you love something, eat it, we only live once. But if you're concerned with gaining weight, or diabetes, you should limit yourself to 2 or 3 servings to take good care of yourself. Be good to yourself, but don't "love" yourself to death. Hope this helps. God bless you.
Too much runs off the side of the bread. Too much makes you feel queasy. Too much means you're spending $3.- a jar for a single snack.
Check the serving size on the back of the jar. See how many 'sets' of 50 calories you're actually getting. If a 'regular serving' is 1 tablespoon, and it says there are 12 servings per jar, for example, but you only get three servings out of a jar, you're eating 200 calories' worth of jelly at a sitting. Is this really what you want to do?
Jelly is really good!!!! I think what you need to do is get the kind that is all natural, it's nothing but mashed strawberries with nothing added, I know , it might not sound very good but believe me it is fantastic. Try the Polaner brand, it comes in a very small jar and is a bit expensive but OMG it's worth it. Honestly, eating jelly out of the jar is not the healthiest thing to do especially if it's the kind that is not natural and full of sugar. Once in awhile is ok, but you really shouldnt make a habit of it. Give the natural jelly a try or get some fresh strawberries mash them up and enjoy til you get your fill!!!!!!!!!!
Do u mean jelly as in jam with no seeds? If that's the case then it's the same as eating too much jam. Everything in moderation, as the saying goes, lol. It contains high proportions of sugar which is not good in large amounts. Personally, I can't stand strawberry jam or jelly, but if u like it go ahead. I prefer blackberry or apricot.
that might be a bit much but try the reduced sugar and calorie strawberry preserves from Trader Joes. It's soo good and i don't feel guilty
Eating strawberry jelly is a microscopic part of anyones' existence on this planet. Get a life.
