Answers: I don't know, but I learned to never leave a beer in the freezer too long. It will explode and leave a huge sticky mess EVERYWHERE. I swear... I'm still cleaning it out of the freezer..... and that was 4 years ago. if its in a glass, everytime. all All bottled beer will spill over if set down too hard or hit from the bottom like you are speaking of, works best if it's ice cold but FROZEN bottled beer explodes regardless of the container. The reason is once you open it and the air from the outside mixes with the temperature on the inside you have insta-freeze.
