http://www.cafeatlantico.com/ mojitos i think are popular bit i did not like one had blood orange martinis i'm curious why you're concerned with trendiness versus taste ok i know its not a cocktail its a shot but just try it, half fill a shot glass with creme de menthe and use the back of a spoon to layer amarula cream over the top, making a nice alcoholic drink that tastes like mint chocolate (u can make it into a cocktail but it gets a bit sickly)
