it can also be called "jungle juice". it tends to be all sorts of alcohol that you have mixed with juice's. usually a lot is made at one time for a party and you all get drunk off of it. the first time i had it i ended up with a fractured nose, and met my girlfriend that i have been with now for over a year. its good stuff.
"Monkey Juice" is sperm and spermatozoa are in it.
It's a coctail alledgedly made from the sweat of monkeys combined with vodka and fresh lime. In most cases now you'll find the sweat replaced with a saline solution.
I tried squeezing a monkey once but alas - no juice. He just got mad and pooped on me.
