Ok....I read some of the answers, I thought was question was nice and simple. No health lesson needed!!!!! Thank you to the people that answered normally good ole shots though if u must mix use diet cola (also due to no suger u wont feel as full) pukeing wont work suger is absorbed to soon .. one of first things thebody absorbs is simple sugers. best bet couple shot patron get ya feel good plus top shelf stuff less likly to leave u feeling like crap the next day. vodka. Drink spirits with low calorie soft drinks like diet coke Drink distilled alcohol, Vodka, and don't use a lot of mixers. Alcohol itself has little calories, but mix it with juice and...... there you go.

And I Quote:
I am the last barman poet
I see America drinking the fabulous cocktails I make
Americans getting stinky on something I stir or shake
The sex on the beach, The schnapps made from peach
The velvet hammer, The alabama slammer.
I make things with juice and froth
The pink squirrel, The 3-toed sloth.

I make drinks so sweat and snazzy
The iced tea, The kamakazi
The orgasm, The death spasm
The Singapore sling, The dingaling.

America you've just been devoted to every flavor I got
But if you want to got loaded
WHY DON"T YOU JUST ORDER A SHOT?? by not drinking. Get drunk on love, joy, all that good stuff. Get drunk on life!!!! Very non fattening Throw up before going to bed, saves you from the hangover in the morning also. Don't get drunk too often. I'm a college student in Ireland, so believe me when I say I get drunk quite often. Sugary drinks will make you fat, beer will make you fat. Check the sugar content of different drinks to try and find the lowest, alco pops would probably be the worst. I'd say spirits are probably your best bet. but you get drunk really fast, and before you know what's happening you're punching your mother in the kidney and ringing your ex girlfriend on the phone. What is it with everyone wanting to get drunk.

I don't drink alcoholic beverages.

Here's what I've told the rest...

Spin around in the yard till you can't stand up. Keep doing that untill you feel sufficiently DRUNK.

It is cheaper and healthier.

I use to do it as a kid.

It is a Funny feeling until the yard quits spinning, then a terrible headache.

I don't understand why people want to feel that way. To correct the comment above alcohol does have calories, 80 proof liquor straight up or on the rocks has about 80-90 calories per shot, liquors (sp?) have more calories because of the added sugar. Adding mixers also adds calories. Your best bet is to drink your liquor on the rocks, straight up, or with a splash of water if you prefer. Beer also has a lot of calories for the amount of alcohol.

But really think about it, you are going out and getting plastered, the least of your worries should be the added calories, excessive drinking has so many other health problems that are much worse, dehydration, liver damage, decreased inhibition, etc....

whew........ anyway after getting that out of the way, I need a drink, make mine a Beefeater's and tonic! To drink whatever you want while also keeping up a healthy exercise routine. Alcohol is more easily absorbed through your intestinal walls. So have some beer enemas. Most spirits (white rum, vodka, etc.) are free of calories. Consumed with a diet soda, you won't gain weight. Barf before and after every drinking binge. Shots, skip the beer
