Answers: It helps you wake up.Hang overs are caused by being dehydrated.Try drinking water. no than you just have a more awake drunk! I tried it my mom said it didn't work lol Any liquid helps, as alcohol dehydrates you. But water or Gatorade are better (coffee is a diuretic). The caffeine may help with the headache though. Vitamin B complex works great. For me it don't it just makes me sicker but that is cause i can t stand the smell or taste of coffee but other people i think it just wakes them up more for a hang over this may sound crazy but try eating peanut m&m's it works for me It's a myth. Best put by someone years ago, drinking coffee may give you a wide awake drunk, or a wide awake person with a hangover. No, it just keeps you awake so you can feel the pain from being stupid the night before. No, just makes you very hyper (caffine), with a hangover! Menudo is the only think I know of that helps on the morning after. The best way to avoid a hangover is to drink plenty of water when consuming your alcoholic beverage of choice. It takes 8 ounces of water to metabolize 1 ounce of alcohol. It also helps to drink on a full stomach so as the aftereffects aren't so hard on your body. No, but somthing fatty, a bunch of water, and some sleep definetly help. Drinking Emergen C's beforehand seems to prevent them NO<NO<NO. Don't give a drunk any coffee. You must let the drunk sleep it off. There is no other way to get the alchol out of the body.
All coffee does is to keep the drunk awake. We all know how annoying that is. No, but it can't hurt. No, it just makes you more alert, but you are still drunk and coffee just pushes fluids myth coffee only makes your over hang worse I prefer sodium tablets Alca Seltzer
