1) Good Beer at a decent price

1) Lack of tourists.
2) Some friendly regulars
3) Decent jukebox or band
3) Good staff
4) Nice selection of whiskeys and such

*Bonus Items*
1) Good food
2) Clean restroom
3) Parking or easy access to public transit. Location. Patrons. Bartender. Friendly bartenders and patrons.
Good selection of the things I like.
Pretty women.
