what places make the most money is what i'm looking for, i'm sorry i didn't explain well enough! oops Try to find a place with good salary or benefits, like a major hotel or chain, such as The Hilton, Harrah's, etc.

You take any bar tending courses? That is a plus actually. Also get your First Aid First Responder's certification from Red Cross. And CPR. Any where is fine, depends on the hours yoy want to work. http://www.bartendingassociation.com... yes. all those. myself, i like a small, family owned bar. less pressure. Clubs are a good idea. The girls at the club we hang at do VERY well. I guess it depends on the area, your personality, etc. By applying at exactly those places that you mentioned in your question!!! Las Vegas, Atlantic City, anywhere that there is a casino. Usually the better the Casino, better the tips, and they train you. find a place, you'd like to work at, and chat with the bar staff, that way you get a realistic idea, how much money there is to be made. to start with, you might try a smaller restaurant/bar, or an up-scale chain (morton's steakhouse, smith & wollensky, mccormick & schmick's, etc.). don't spend money on bartending school, most places prefer to train in house. if you have no experience, starting as bar back, or cocktail server might be an option. check out www.totallyfreebartending.com also.
