Answers:
I always use claret (i.e. Bordeaux wine)

Spanish Tempranillo

rioja- inexpensive spanish wine that's pretty dry. yum!

Any dry wine is good. I like Trader Joe's Cabernet. It's only $3 a bottle and tastes pretty decent

I make my Sangria with Taylor's Port (inexpensive & very good)

I like a white merlot or white zinfandel
