Why do blacks talk so lound in public and drink malt liquor?!

Question:

Why do blacks talk so lound in public and drink malt liquor?

Answers:
I think this is a classic case of correlation-perceived causation. From your wording, I assume you think that all African American people (men and women) talk loudly and all drink malt liquor. You have mistakenly perceived a correlation between race and the two behaviors.

It's not that "blacks" (your word, not mine) talk loud in public AND drink malt liquor. It is that in crowded places, most men
will talk louder. Have you ever been in a noisy bar and had to shout in order for your friends to hear you?

As far as malt liquor - don't knock it. I've enjoyed many malt liquors in the past when I wanted something different than the same-old beer.

So the question should really be: Where are you when you observe this behavior? Is it every time, or only when you get annoyed at a "loud talker"?

BTW - I've got a whiter than rice friend that shouts all the time. Especially in public. He wants to be noticed and this is how he achieves his goal.

Maybe one has to do with the other
