I was unable to find anything about Reba's Wine Cellar, that is if she has one, which I do not doubt. There were references to her having a home which attracts those who want to raise funds by having a dinner. So it would stand to reason she also has a wine cellar. The question might be better if it was "who makes the selections on what wines to stock"
