Question:

Answers: I am a former chef and like the first lady said, No it does not go bad, it will however evaporte if not sealed properly, like wine and other alcoholic beverages, unlike beer which is alive in the sence the yeast and other ingredients do go off, once fermented and more importantly distilled liqour is safe.

I worked for years as a chef, and in my early days we ask the bar at a private club I worked in for a bottle of wine, we always got the dreggs when asking for anything we were given a bottle that had been in the storeroom since a year before I was born, it was the same thing when the chef made "Beer and Cheese Soup" we used to get all the old unordered brands, so we got 6 bottles of assorted rejects. No never. no, but it's prolly a whole lot stronger No, its not stronger. Read Davids answer.

As long as its sealed, it won't change in alcohol content. If its opened, the alcohol will evaporate away leaving water behind. This will make it weaker, not stronger. If its sealed, then neither the alcohol or water will go away, leaving the alcohol content the same. It can't get any stronger, as it has been distilled. There isn't anything left in there to make more alcohol.

When storing alcohol, you only need to worry about heat and light. Both of these can change the taste/flavor of the alcohol. As long as it is kept cold and dark, the flavor shouldn't change to much, if at all. It won't kill you to drink alcohol that has been exposed to heat/light, it will just taste different.
