only a couple of choices in my fridge. I wish i had all these things that you guys are suggesting. You are going to want something that is a little heavier and darker with a richness to it. Lager would go well, as long as it is a true lager. Ale's are usually a little more crisp with a bite, also good on Chilly nights.

What I love on chilly nights is to throw on a sweater and drink a Porter at room temp. Nice and smooth, real rich in flavor, and some something that is not going to chill you out.

Another great one for a chilly night is a Chocolate Stout. Young's makes a great one, if you are able to find it in your area.

You are going to want to stay away from Pilsners or Wiess. These are more for warmer temps and they give more of a refreshing feel, but as aways, go with what you taste at the moment. Laser Beer would be. lager Ale man, ALE!!!!!!!! Kopparberg - Swedish Pear Cider - It's soooo nice - get it at Tesco or Morrison - on special at Tesco at the moment! . Budweiser!! Michelob Sierra Nevada pale ale, baby. have a stella Yuengling!!! Just grab one, man! You can't go wrong with whatever you choose! A chilly california night a Anchor Steam would go very good. That is a Lager fermented at ale temps.

For a lager, I would be drinking a bock of some sort.
For a Ale, I would have to be into a India Pale Ale, or even some SNPA King cobra malt liquor Steel Reserve. lager- Gordon Biersch Miller Chill dos equis! lager
