Red Wine or Cranberry Juice (in pure unsweetened form)?!

Question:

Red Wine or Cranberry Juice (in pure unsweetened form)?

Which do you think is better for heart and anti-oxidant purposes? I'm talking about one glass of wine with dinner, not the typical North American additude towards alcohol.

Or, Is pure unsweetened grape juice better for you than wine?

Or, Is pure unsweetened grape juice better for you than wine? Pure cranberry juice wins here.

The mild advantage that alcohol has is that it relaxes people (one glass, again, not five!) and stress is a major killer.

But for just antioxidant benefit, pure cranberry juice is a clear winner.
