2 oz vodka
1 oz chambord
Splash of pineapple juice
Serve in a martini glass
2.) Long Island Iced Tea -
1/2 oz each - vodka, light rum, tequilia, triple sec, and gin
Balance sour mix and top with soda
Serve in a tall glass.
3.) Pearl Harbor
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Midori
Balance pineapple juice
Serve in a tall glass
4.) Maragarita
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz tequilia
Lime juice
Balance sour mix
Serve in a margartia glass
5.) Woo Woo
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
Balance cranberry juice
(To make Blue Woo, use blueberry schnapps instead of peach)
Serve in a tall glass.
6.) Alabama Slammer
1/2 each - sloe gin, amaretto, and Southern Comfort
Balance orange juice
Serve in a tall glass.
7.) Rum Runner
1/2 oz each - light rum, dark rum, creme de banana, blackberry brandy, and grenadine
Balance pineapple juice and sour mix.
splash of orange juice
Shake, THEN top with 151
Serve in a tall glass
8.) Blue Hawaiian
1 oz rum
1/2 oz blue triple sec (blue Curacao - it tastes exactly the same)
Balance pineapple juice
Serve in a tall glass
9.) Mind Eraser
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz kahlua
Balance club soda
Serve in a rocks glass
10.) Oatmeal Cookie
1/2 Baliey's Irish Cream
1/4 Frangelico
1/4 Goldschlager
Serve in a rocks glass

3/4 oz clear creme de caco
3/4 oz green creme de menthe
Balance cream
Shake and serve in a highball glass
12.) Harvey Wallbanger
1 oz vodka
Balance orange juice and top with Galliano
