I like ice cold in the bottle for some and poured into a glass for others. Also depends if there is a meal involved and what flavor pairings are happening too. I prefer it straight from the bottle but, only after it has been wiped off. It is always so hard to tell what may be on it. On Tap if I have a choice, especially Fat Tire and Fosters Lager.
Bud Light or Coors Light are good on tap as well.
If I cant have it on tap, I'll settle for a nice ice cold long neck bottle.
