How big can a beer belly get?!

Question:

How big can a beer belly get?

And how many beers can you drink(5%)?

Answers: I lost weight after I started drinking. Even tho alcohol is 7 carbs/gram, and you average beer (or my average beer) has 180 calories, you gotta figure your liver metabolizes the alcohol. Thus, it's broken down into some other compounds (if you want to get technical, the result is vinegar), which takes energy -- from your body. So, you drink 180 calories but you immediately begin to burn more calories than you were before you drank.

Anyways, the most beers I've had is 7. They weren't 5%, though. As I recall, it was 2 Long Trail Double Bags (7.2%), 2 Ipswich IPAs (6.3%), a Sierra Nevada (6.3%), a Long Trail IPA (6.1%) and a Sam Adams Honey Porter (5.3%). This was over a period of about 3 hours. The other time I had 7 was over 8 hours, and was simply 4 Harpoon IPAs (6.0%) and 3 Sam Adam Black Lagers (4.9%).

So, the more varied time was the same as 9 of the 5% beers, the other time was 7.75 of the 5% beers. Obviously, I was sorta messed up from the varied beers, but still beat 3 people at Resistance on PS3. The other time, since it was 8 hours, I was barely buzzed.

BTW, anyone who is unsure about trying 5 different beers in one night: It's a good idea. As my friend said as he drove me home, "Dude, you smell like a brewery." beer belly is a rumor its really just fat from food and it really has almost no limit im guesing.
