Emeril's Kicked Up Bellini Cocktails
2 large, ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 tablespoon simple syrup
3 tablespoons bitter almond liqueur
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 cups Champagne or sparkling wine
4 peach segments, garnish
In a blender, combine the peaches, syrup, liqueur, and ice cubes and process until well combined and frothy. Divide among 4 Champagne flutes and pour in the Champagne. Stir gently to combine. Garnish each glass with a peach segment. Serve immediately.

2 oz Belvidere (I wouldn't be so picky, but Belvi has a nice "fruity" quality to it that lends itself well here)
1 oz Zen Green Tea Liquor
Fresh lime juice
Mint leaves
Muddle lime and mint in cocktail shaker, add ice and booze. Strain into chilled Martini glass and garnish with a paper thin slice of cucumber (trust me). It's not too sweet and the taste is very unique, and in my opinion, quite sexy.

It's very good, easy to drink, has a creamy and sweet flavor. Try a "Sweettart". I forget what it's made with but they are really good. I order them all the time at my local bar. Ask around for it. The drink not the shot (it's also a shot). Sailor Jerry Rum, passionfruit juice, orange juice, and Pineapple Juice. Throw a cherry and pineapple slice into it and you'll be juuuuuust fine. i created a drink at work with cherry whisky and peach juice, my friends called it the Pompous ***, i got alot of people hooked on it, you can use it as a drop shot too, cherry whisky dropped in lime juice, and slammer back.
or a dirty mother, (tequila, kahlua, coke and mile,,,,tequila paralizer in other words) monkeys lunch (creme de banana, kahlua and milk) jolly rancher is cherry whisky and lime juice. i am not sure what its called but its a blend of passion fruit juice orange juice and mango juice malibu rum and So Co its really great
