Answers: ...it comes with it naturaly while produsing them...
...u can get beer&wine without alcohol, but not brandy&whisky... All distilled beverage produces alcohol trough a natural process, then whiskey, rum, etc have a alcohol.
The fermented beverages like beer and wine can or cannot have alcohol according the kind of process used in the production. For these beverages, in the production process, you can adjust the quantity of alcohol you wish in the final product. It is very common to find wines with 7%, 10%, 15% of alcohol. The same occours in the beers. The alcohol comes naturally in the process. I hate to say it but you're not going to find non alcoholic whiskey dude! I agree with Escato---
in addition, you can find wine and beer with as little as .5% alcohol. you may only find non-alcoholic beer or wine though. in my travels, i've never come across N/A varietals (whiskey, brandy, vodka, tequila). some popular non-alcoholic beer names are O'douls and Kaliber. Most liquor stores carry non-alcoholic items.
Essentially, Alcoholic beverages are aged and should have gone spoiled. they started off as a way to preserve excess grain or fruit centuries ago. (Wine is aged grapes, beer is past-due grain, like barley and hops.) Alcohol kills the poisonous fungi (and brain cells) that usually is hazardous for consumption. if you want N/A, you have to change the traditional recipe and distillation.
i'm over-simplifying this answer, if you want more details, email me. Texas Select is a good non-alcoholized beer. Spirits are distilled and contain alcohol. Non-alcoholic beers are available, but have a strange aftertaste.
Last time I was in the UK I found a dry, non-alcoholic, German, white 'wine' called 'Eisberg', which was rather pleasant. Haven't found it in Switzerland yet. Don't want alcohol to our Life, Drink water, Water will refresh your body, mind & Life. I have seen non alcohol beer, wine and bar mixers in the grocery store. Yes
But in reality you can not avoid alcohol
It is present even in bread
and many raw fruits and vggies.
HA
good luck When beer and wine are made, alcohol is produced by the process...it's a natural by-product from the yeast used.
To make non-alcoholic wine and beer, the finished wine/beer is then vacuum distilled so that minimal heat is required to boil away the alcohol. Heat would destroy the flavors. However, since some heat is still used and that the alcohol contributes to the flavor of beer and wine, non-alcoholic versions never taste quite right.
Spirits like brandy and whisky are the opposite...beer or wine is distilled (whisky is just beer without hops that's been distilled) to concentrate the alcohol and flavors. The whole purpose of distilling is the concentration of alcohol to higher levels...to that of spirits. To remove the alcohol from a spirit that took a lot of trouble to concentrate it makes no sense.
