White wines?!

Question:

White wines?

I was wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions for a good white wine for a glass or two in the evening, that i can just go buy at a grocery store?? Nothing too expencive or fancey, yet good taste.

Answers: There's an Italian Pinot Grigio- the name escapes me but it's two words something with bella in the name I think. It usually sells for $6-8 at grocery stores and often with club discounts. There are many other better grigios, but this one is a nice entry-level wine.

There's also Marques Caceres- a Spanish white Rioja that I quite liked and have gotten much positive feedback as we sold it for a while at the winebar where I work. You can find it at cost plus/world market and Trader Joe's. I think it sells for $4-7. Source(s):
work in the wine indiustry Gewuztreminer.
Very sweet, unexpensive.
Try Costco. Trader joes or Ralphs

You can also try a Riesling

cheers! chardonnay is great.
any italian white is also very good. The boxed Chardonnay (Franzia) is a good wine that is not expensive at all.
