Best way to get rid of the "Beer Belly"?

Im pretty thin, I run about 20 miles a week, eat pretty well (No fast food or red meat), but I got a gut.

I dont drink anymore, especially beer. Maybe a glass of wine on occassion.

Oblique curls, inclined situps, (but don't go all the way up) just avoid anything that will put too much stress on your lower stomach muscles all at once. You don't want to develop a hernia. It's a good idea to work for the first couple of weeks at least, with a trainer who specializes in this sort of thing. The most common practice for someone who wants to work on a problem area is to do too much all at once and skip the recovery time. Your body needs at least forty eight hours to carry off the lactic acid that builds up during heavy exercise. Don't hurt yourself while you're trying to help yourself. Take a nice long run on your off days, rotate your training so that everything develops at the same pace. You will be happier and healthier for it, and the damage you dont' do to yourself won't cause you to lose training time while you are recovering from a stain or a pull. a lot of people gain weight globally ( all over body ) but lose weight locally (certain body parts)

unfortuantely if you do that much work and still have a belly you are r probably out of luck.

try going to the gym. it always help and they have promotions going on.

Stop drinking beer!

Stop drinking alcohol of any kind, do weight exercises at the gym, and stand straight and tall!

Start smoking pot

Its happening to my hubby too. He never had a problem til he turned 30. His dr. said that cardio is what gets rid of spare tires so maybe switch up your routine and do some crunches or some pilates. Sounds weird for a guy but it keeps my tummy nice and flat!
