Answers: hormones.. raging testosterone levels coupled with alcohol is what does it. What makes you think this behavior is limited to teenagers? It isn't, trust me.
Alcohol has a tendency to lower inhibitions. That means whatever a person is really feeling tends to come out without the normal filtering we usually do. But being violent is certainly not limited to teenagers; ask any cop. Alcohol excites the adrenaline and teenagers teen to be more hyper, not necessarily violently unless they cannot handle their alcohol.
