Will a bar/club/store take a Passport in place of drivers license-?
I lost my ID/Drivers license last weekend---Ive already gone to DMV etc..... Was curious if anyone knew the likelihood that a bar/club/store will take a passport(US) as a form of ID?

The passport is actually one of the best forms of ID there is. Hell yeah they'll take it. A passport is the ultimate piece of identification. You will have no problems whatsoever. I had to do the same thing for a few months, and it was never an issue. If China will accept it, why wouldn't Jimbo's Liquor Store? just speak in a foreign tongue and they might, like "sving dah svang, der sving..." they may do it, I know I would serve you and I cant serve anyone but for you and a accent like that I WOULD!
