Anyone ever make wine out of lilac bloosoms?


Answers:
Yes. It was very bitter. Maybe as an adjunct to a light wine so the great bouquet isn't overpowered. It didn't smell like lilacs though it was bright.
Nope never have. Sounds interesting...
