If you know you're on for a big night then make sure you drink plenty of water during that day. Heading out for a big night already dehydrated is bad bad bad. And a couple of waters at the end of the night if you're able!!

after a night of drinking i down two full glasses of water and a couple tylenols before i hit the sack ...works everytime never had a hangover yet (it helps to rehydrate you...dehydration is the main cause for hang overs)

There's a product called "chaser- Freedom from hangovers"-I swear by this stuff. You take one w/your first few drinks, then one every couple of hours

Believe it or not, AirBourne, that new flu drug. You drink that right before going to bed the night you drink. It's hard, because if you are wasted, you won't remember. I suggest pre-mixing and putting in the frig until bedtime. It works!!

For me, when I first wake up, I take alka seltzer then it is sleeping and drinking water. I keep sleeping until I feel better and I don't care how late in the day it gets. When I feel that food is the last thing that I want, I still eat because in the long run, it makes me feel better. Hope that this helps.

Hangovers are a sign of dehydration. Fluids help- you should really drink a glass of water for every drink you take WHEN drinking. If not then WATER, water, WATER.......after.

Take a shot glass and fill it with whatever you drink and you should be fine.

no lie, go get a mcdonald's hamburger or cheeseburger, a small fry, and a coke. Then drink lots of water. I SWORE by this in college!!

Orange Juice and Spicy food galore, OJ is mostly water by volume and the Vitamin C helps flush the toxins from your system, anything with Jalepenos and grease (like a Machaca Burrito w/ spicy salsa) will fill your stomach and help you sweat out more toxins. OJ and bananas are good too for the potassium and if your so hung over that you're dry heaving then the bananas and OJ come back up easier than the burrito. If you're not puking and not working then Brass monkey (OJ &beer 50/50 kicks ***) or red beer V8/ beer (50/50) just *** well. BEST is O's if you can get some (oxygen) familiar with plenty of flight crews that hit oxygen bottle in cockpit to quickly kill hangovers.
*****NO TYLENOL****** ACETEMINOPHEN ETC. WILL THRASH YOUR LIVER BADLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PARTYING FREQUENTLY, ALCOHOL IS BAD ENOUGH DON'T DOUBLE THE LOAD ON YOUR LIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
