Syrupy gin?!
Syrupy gin?
Our gin is starting to look syrupy and has the same texture as a syrup. We keep that gin in the freezer.
We were wondering, why is it doing this?
Answers:
Alcohol has a much lower freezing temp than H2O and Gin will get thick before it does, just like Vodka! It's safe and doing exactly what it's supposed to do!
