Well not that I'm encouraging drinking at all, but it varys from person to person. Some people have difficult lives and just want to escape that for a while, others do it becasue they think its cool, etc. Me personaly, the alcohal dosen't taste bad at all and for some reason i never get hangovers and well the middle parts pretty great. Now I don't go around drinking all the time, actually like once a month, I refuse to drink with people I don't know and don't trust. Also I won't drink if the enviornment isn't safe, cops showing up, homeless people under bridges, etc. and I ALWAYS make sure i have a place to stay that night or a ride home.

Sometimes it helps people have whatever version of "fun" they're trying to have...

Personally, I rarely drink, but when I do.. I usually drink to the point where I'm drunk, but I know my limits.. I know when I need to stop.

Because some find vomiting fun and giving prasie to the poreclien god. I've been there done that... sometime we all go overboard. Why do people with a shellfish allergy eat clams and shrimp? It happens more than you think.
