How do I start to drink beer? I'll be turning 21, and all by friends drink it...?!

Question: but I just don't like the taste of it. I drank all types, Heineken, Budweiser, Coors, MGD, Modelo, and others and they all seem to have the same taste. That same bitter taste. I take a couple of sips and then I just can't drink anymore, can't bear the taste. Even if the beer is really chilled, still no good.
So my question to you is, how do I get my taste buds (my tongue) to get adapted to drinking beer?

The trick is to put yourself into the "it cant get any worse" situation, and to do this you need to get some really raunchy beer, something that will take the piss out of your taste buds.

I recommend the following

Sierra Nevada's Bigfoot Ale

Strongest stuff Ive had, and made everything else taste like candy

Milwaukee's Best

I really wonder what Milwaukee's worst is, cause this stuff is far from good. After a few weeks of beer boot camp with this stuff you will be throwing back Coors in no time
i dont really know if you can but wine is also an option, but the beer i dunno, sry.
Just man up and drank, boy. lol Try bud light, corona or MGD. Imagine if you were in Britain, where they drink their beer warm! good luck.
It could be the brand of beer that you don't like, you may have discriminating tastes, lol. I remember many pretzels and in-the-shell peanuts were big helpers for me.
If you like tomato juice, get a bloody mary and chase it with beer. That's goooood stuff.
However, some people just don't like beer no matter how much they want to.
just don't do it, its not good for you.....who cares if your friends do it.....be a leader not a follower
Since I live in britain I have legally been able to drink since 18 im 23 now and im in the same boat as you, beer doesn't agree with me I can have a pint of chilled beer not warm and it hits my stomach hard, I stat to feel sick and it can ruin my night.

Some people dont have the stomach for it I just stick to what I like vodka n coke and a few other spirits and mostly poof juices like wkd etc... it doesnt matter what your friend say if you dont like it dont drink it, mabey if you keep drinking it youl'll like it I couldn't stand beer at all at first now I can drink it if there is nothing left but I dont drink it for long
If you are not a big beer drinker, try something like Leinenkugel, Moose Drool, Newcastle Brown ale, BlueMoon w/ Orange slice, Levity Abmer Ale, or some other kinds of Brown or Pale Ales. I stress Ales. I am not a beer drinker I prefer wine, but when I go out Leinie sunset wheat suits me just fine
I have known people to put salt in it. If you really don't like the taste, you never will. There isn't anything in a rule book somewhere that says you HAVE to drink BEER once you turn 21. I drink wine or mixed drinks if I go out.
I'm 37 and I've never liked beer. I'm the same as you. The bitter taste turns me off. (I don't drink coffee for the same reason.) If I go out and have a drink I usually have a mixed drink, usually a Bacardi and Coke. It's not too froo froo but it's not beer either.
shotgun a beer or two then you'll be throwing them back in no time
You should try the alcoholic energy drinks they taste good, I starting out drinking mixed drinks cause I couldn't stand the beer taste, but now it has now grown on me.
Ive had a few friends like that (myself a natural beer lover lol) But the trick is to get nice and drunk then try to drink a beer, or a few. After doing this a cupple times you will learn to love the taste. I think its more of an aquired taste the more of it you drink the more you like it.
