Answers:
Cranberry juice with a squeeze of lime. 1 part vodka 3 parts cranberry juice on ice.
TIP: never buy Gray Goose vodka, you can not buy a better vodka than triple distilled Smirnoff it is the best buy for your money, less than half of what Gray Goose costs. Try it yourself by drinking a sip of Gray Goose and then a sip of Smirnoff at room temperature for both of them, the Gray Goose tastes so bad you will never buy it again.

Two that are simple:
Vodka tonic - use a citrus vodka, mix 1:3 with tonic water and two limes.
