2.5 ounces bourban
1 tbsp superfine sugar
A few leaves of mint.
A couple spritzes of seltzer
Whiskey sours are the best.
Very simple -
Gentlemen Jack (bourbon) w/ Coke
or
Captain Morgan Tattoo (spiced dark rum) w/ ginger ale or Coke
2 fingers
neat.
Lynchburg Lemonade
Jack Daniels
Triple Sec
Sweet and Sour
and a dash of Sprite
Glenlivet Single Malt 12 years old. On the rocks.
depends on which peg / round it is!
for the first peg, it would be any Scotch on the rocks, plenty of it.

Any single-malt Highland whiskey with a good splash of ice cold Highland spring water.
