A liquor gun or liquor dispensing system. Bottles of liquor are set upside down and drain into lines that are connected to an electronic box. When a button on the gun is pushed, the box opens the line for a predetermined amount of time. There are several companies that make them (Easybar, Sentry, Laser Liquor, etc.). They can run up to $40k to purchase and install. I have a friend who is selling one for way cheaper if you are interested. =)
