Bahama Blue

1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz light rum
1 tsp cream of coconut
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Measure a collins glass full of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add ingredients, shake well, and pour back into collins glass
Coke

1 glass
4 ice cubes
1 can of coke

First put the ice cubes in the glass, pour the coke and enjoy.
Pinapple juice, couple tbs of coconut milk, vanilla vodka, and lime. Mix ingrediants together, as much or as little as you'd like and add a squeez of lime juice. Cut the limes into sliver's and stick on side of the cup!

If your looking for something a little more sophisticated--Red Wine, Spritzer to give it bubbles and rasberries!!

Also, try soaking some cherries into vodka-makes for a great little treat and you'll have Cherry Vodka to drink!

Enjoy
Vanilla Kiss (made in champagne glass)
One shot of Vanilla Vodka (chilled)
Fill flute with Champagne, it's even better if you use an Asti and simple to make.
Malibu Rum (passion fruit or coconut flavored)
And Juice ( Such as Dole Strawberry Banana)
tastes great....

My cousin also makes what she calls Jungle Juice

In a large pitcher she mixes

Vodka
Fruit Punch
Pineapple Juice
A can of Crushed Pineapples
Ice
Mix all together and pour it is really good and refreshing
You should make drinks that fit with the theme of the party. Think about what will go well with any food that will be served, as well as the atmosphere, time of day, time of year.
Also think about the tastes of the people attending.
It is best to choose one or two drinks to feature, and also have beer and wine on hand, as well as some sodas, tonic water, club soda and orange juice. They lend to some easy to make highballs.
Some cocktails lend well to being mixed ahead of time in a pitcher. They make for a lot less work once the party starts. If it is more than 8 people, I would reccomend a pitcher drink, or a punch. (Martinis, margaritas, mai tais, work well in pitchers. Whiskey punch, rum punch, sangria work well in the punch category.)
Remember, keep the drinks with the theme. An early evening party on a warm day would be perfect for a pitcher of margaritas. A cold night would go well with a whiskey punch. A "classy" affair would be accentuated by martinis, while a tropical themed party would be perfect for mai tais.
