You will get a buzz... you will probably also kill your lungs twice as fast... lol. There's no filter on them, they are not made for inhaling, its supposed to be about the taste.

Inhale them only as much as will bring some of the smoke into your mouth, and then exhale. You do not want to take so deep a breath that the smoke ends up in your lungs, as you would do a cigarette.
