Answers: I have only seen this once in S.C. It was free liquor for an hour. Needless to say it got ugly after a half an hour due to drinking like mad men thinking were not going to get enough in an hour.

one time at this local bar where they have live rock bands, they did an hour of free miller light . that was cool , and yes i did the same as you. drank as much as i could in that hour, then come to find out, it was $1 beers after that hour!!! so that kinda was dumb LOL
